Alhambra ECO location

Evening all,

Just a quick post.

Does anyone on here know where I can find the main ECU on a S plate Alhambra TDi? On the later models they are behind the battery on their side, but this one I'm looking at I can't find anywhere. Is it possible it could be under the battery tray?

Don't want to start unbolting things for no reason!

thats where they are on a ford galaxy with the same year so i shouldnt think there different on urs

personally i'd try behind the instrument cluster.
use a stumpy philips to remove the cowl and youll need a t15 torx security bit to undo the screws. and if youve got a problem with boosting its will be down to the vac pipe split inside the ecu.(thats is youve checked n75 (boost pressure control valve) and airflow meter)

thats central locking control unit and relay that normally fill's
up with water due to bulkhead drains been blocked and coming through pollen filter

isnt that only on pd engines

pd motor ecu is located next to the battery. i should know i work on the things day in day out!

old afn etc engine ecu is located behind cluster and auy pd is next to battery

and i work on them to in ford galaxys Mate ,didnt say they weren't there ,read original post s-reg isnt a pd ,and highlighted part of your reply was to do with pd.hasnt even mentioned it was to do with boosting etc wanted to know where ecu was located ,thought they where in pass footwell on old shape ,so i was wrong .no big deal
