engine rebuild

hi guys
having to rebuild engine after getting a rattle from bottom end
has anyone done this and what part have been used only want to do this once and looking with the big turbo about 350bhp +
conrods
pistons
valves
cams

any advise would be good

should try the big turbo section, alot of upgrads happening there

i have a set of je pistons and some scat rods up in the forsale section car is now up forsale so i dont need them any more

got a guy to do the building he builds my race car engines its all about whats the right bits for the engine.
anyone know where to get heavy duty bearing kits and a seat motorsport baffled sump?

maybe wont be getting that mk2 cupra now
