An MOT comes but once a year ... just make sure you keep the bolts well covered or accept that you'll have to cut them off every so often :) Either that or make the section long enough that the bolts are well away from the CAT so you can coat them in waxoyl to stop them corroding on?

Ive had some engine treatment put in (cataclean) before my MOT, and it passed gracefuly, plus my mpg improved also.

I hadnt realised there were so many problems with that group buy.. Ive not read the whole thread but i remember at the time wishing i could have been participating.. so pleased i didnt now!

My miltek blew a hole in the rear box after about 3 years driving.. I spoke to them and even though i didnt have the original receipt (exhaust was added by the last owner) and they had no record of the car they still gave me a nice big discount on a replacement part.. Service can mean so much these days!!

Surely it came with a warranty?
And if it failed MOT due to the exhaust and it was leaking, then i'm sure you could give them a chance to put it right before slating them on a forum?
If other have passed with the same exhaust then yours might be one of the unlucky ones that can be rectified?
Have you contacted them and given them the chance to put it right yet?

To be 100% honest, and im sure Tris and Moff will agree
Why would i want ANOTHER BF system with the track record ive had. I'll get no gaurentee of passing the MOT, have to pay for fitment.
Then i could be stuck with 2 exhuasts, that with the documented problems are worth scrap metal money;)
