Its been on Diagnostics this afternoon, and it came up with one of the fuel mixtures was too high, and a pressure drop between the turbo and the manifold and said to check valve.
So, good thing we didnt buy the coil packs for nothing (though I know they could be a problem in the future, but will cross that bridge if it happens).
The guy recons it could either be the Turbo on its way, or the airmass meter on its way and messing things about. Said to take it back next time the problem happens and he'll put it straight back on the machine.
Any of you had a similar problem/any of these things go?
We have noticed that the car is making a slight 'wooing' noise at low boost, so potentially could be the turbo I guess. Just had a quick look at the Turbo's on-line, and had rough prices of £350 for a re-con turbo. Just wondering if this is a good price, or whether it can be got cheaper else where.
Also where would be best to buy the other parts if they are needed?
Any suggestions r.e all of this would be great.
