when i used to work for overfinch pristine wheel refurbishers used to repaint n referb the range rover wheels. not shore on cost etc but heres there web site if that helps? http://www.pristinealloywheels.co.uk/index.php

I did my wheels a couple of months back. Your better off getting them powdercoated at a refurb place. I did mine at work so i dont know how much it would cost but id say around 200quid.

And mine were done properly - sand blasted, etch primed, base coated and laquered

All I can say is they're going darker... and something else to brighten it up
