lol cheers will be taking loads of pics and asking loads of questions on here any way just got three weeks to wait now cos my turbo is on back order from atp plus this gives me time to source gaskets and get the mani ground down 4mm in the corner ,just little jobs that need doin before i start to make things run smoother also waiting on the genisis injector adaptors from vagworx to, plus you got oil and coolant ontop of that all adds up!!!!

Yeah ave got apexi controller. Full boost is at 3.5k, apexi helps hold 1.4 bar to line,smoothed boost out completely. Depends who maps your car, if it would help or not

Nah i dont find it laggy now,but you'll notice the difference going from ko3 tho, but you soon get use to it kicking in at 3.5k

no got all the bits now and getting things prepted for example skiming the atp exhaust manni,just waiting on the turbo, atp have a five week waiting back log ill post again when the turbo arrives should be in the next couple of weeks, any one got any good ideas of what tools to use to get to the manni bolts im thinking of a crows foot, any ideas will be much cos it is ba*tard tight much appreciated cheers!

Just use a spanner and socket set,its not as hard as it looks getting the manifold off. Take turbo off 1st and you'll get bolts underneath easier.

Why you skimming atp manni?

its just the bottom left corner of the manni cos the turbo housing snags the manfold stud and nut so you have to unscrew the manifold stud from engine and atp supply you with a new bolt to screw into the engine and skimming the bottom left corner helps with clearance, as every body knows atp are not up to straight bolt on hardware and things have to be adapted but this is the fun in the turbo fitting and it will be worth more to me when its finnished if you see what i mean fed up of heres my car and have this massive wode of cash make it go faster please

though that's to get it to clear an 02M

02A/J will require different clocking, so the housing will be in a different place

Thanks Mark,

Will see what you need to take off for an O2A/J and hopefully will remove enough to work on both, if not mod them to suit aplication[B)]
