New Cupra...what mods?

Hi Guys, Cupra has arrived at the stealers and am picking it up next week.

The next few months are gonna be tight but after xmas (and baby is born) then want to get a few mods for the cupra.

I dont really have much knowledge about this sort of think so want to find out what fellow seatcupra.net member would recommend?

I have looked at the REVO (http://www.revotechnik.com/products/softwareProduct.aspx?pvID=974) at about £500

though dont know the difference / recommendations between that and say for example APR (or other ECU remaps)

Is this recommended? or should i go for another?

Also smaller mods would be the S3 strut brace and eventually a milltek exhaust system (not for a looong time though)

Any other mods people can recommend, both visual and performance ones ?? Cheaper the better for now!!!

That said, some Ed 30's and S3's have achieved 330bhp with the exhaust, panel filter and uprated DV where 315bhp is about the most you can get without the exhaust

Yea must be! Does anyone know roughly what a REVO would bump ur insurance by? thats being sensible and declaring it!!

im 23 2 yrs NC and 3pts paying £900 now

Yeah there are so many things you can do, here's some thing I have on my Leon sport, although they will apply for the cupra as well.

Forge TWINtercooler/FMIC
full exhaust,
Induction kit,
Forge Shortshifter,
Coilovers,
Front and rear ARB's,
Forge DV,
engine bush,
Big Brakes.

And no, there isnt a strut brace avalible

I thought from here that people were using the S3 front strut brace, may have been the Mk1 Leon

Has anyone tried or has any info about the Forge induction kit with the adaptor (essentially for the relocated DV) for the Cupra/S3/E30 ...??? It looks nice and the price is cheaper than the v-flow or p-flow ...
