hi chaps read my way through this thread and am still no closer to choosing a kit 
i want one that will sound nice but wont mess up the MAF and will cost £150 max any ideas thanks guys, also i know its off the subject but baily or forge recirc dump valve thanks guys

dynatwist or CAI are good and safe for the VAG cars and go forge as its a recirculating dump valve and the bailey one is an atmospheric which is no good on 1.8T'S

i got a part number of dw138 for the dynatwist that sound about right? they want £185 that a good price?
decided im goin with pipercross panel filter... possibly change my mind to green cotton, but panel filter it is.
definitly get a forge tip (cheers for that!!) and most likely modify the airbox when i get a 2nd one in case i make a hash of it (or jus get someone else to do it!!)
just ordered a brand new alu forge 700p dv (how does £70 sound??) so its lookin up!!
this way i think i am keepin things simple, but hopefully reap the rewards that the fairly minor changes will bring without going crazy and too loud.
any suggestions??
Edit: IMPORTANT... btw is the forge 700p dv universal for the vag 1.8T or should i state its for a 225 lcr???

ive got one of those TTDA airbox by modshack
so far have had no problems.. will see how i do at pod this sunday to see if i better my time from when i had a standard airbox.

they may not be listed for them but the specialists i have spoke to have recommended the dynatwist or the apollo which is the k and n equivelant if im correct. I could be wrong tho
