maybe thats promising on power level tho.. as my S3 pump was good for a dyno real 360bhp peak before I changed and added a second pump. (mk1 golf gti one)

as bill says though promisng for the power figures as im still running S3 pump at 342bhp etc!
but wel see!! them vem EGT gauge looks swish my have to purchase one of those im thinking specially after what u told me tonight round at urs matt with the IHI leaning out etc due to mapping could come in handy n save me another turbo!!

Sorry to simply cut in on a post guys but where exactly did yea locate yer in line pumps,
Have a 255lph one that I want to fit to mine but undecided as to location.
bill and pete, I'm only running 3 BAR pressure on 620CC injectors, if i put in a 4BAR regulator will she need a remap and what power gains should I expect??(very roughly)

Mine(Walbro 255lph) is in the engine compartment on the offside of the engine just before the fuel rail. (Leon - no charge pipe running down that side though)
I soke again with Mike today, the car isn't gonna be ready until tuesday next week now, DOH.
He also said its hitting lambda 1 ( 14.7:1 ) at 1.2 bar boost, not sure what power it would b making at 1.2 BAR? Petes IHI is running 1.3 Bar @ 342 BHP so who knows.
I will just have to be patient. My new pump will be a Genuine Bosch in line jobie.
Iam going to sell the S3 pump and just use the Ibiza pump as a Lift pump as the s3 pump is new and i may get some money back.
Pete, Wide band and EGT will defo be a good idea in yours fella, obviously the EGT's are getting high to warp a housing IMO.

Jonny95 SXE.....if your currently running correct AFR you wont need to up your car to 4BAR so no gains willl be had. you will only gain if the engine needs it!

Didn't build myself,
Bought the car about 6 months ago from Cardiff, Stripped it down to bare block and rebuilt it since just to keep my mind at rest,
its running a custom log mani which throws the turbo out at a peculiar angle forcing the charge pipes out over the left hand side of the engine,
I'll try and get pics up soon. just putting the finishing touches on the engine bay cleaning it up that extra bit....

problem is it was ceramic coated and very hard to make out anything, even print on the turbo!
it was custom made by a friend of adams as far as i was told....

Not yet mate. Apperntly the mapping is done. just needs fuel pump installed on monday and checked and tweaked on the dyno.
Iam picking it up Tuesday with a bit of luck.
