My 55 Leon FR+ TDI 150

Hey All,

Picked up my 55 Plate Leon FR+ TDI 150 on Thursday of last week, gave her her first wash on Friday, but was dark when I finished, so these are todays pictures!!

For those interested... I used my special mix off stuff on my car;

~ Some cold water in a bucket
~ Generous AutoGlym shampoo
~ Capful and a bit of Mer polish
~ Few sprays of Turtle Wax bug/tar remover
~ Top up with hot water till bucket of water is warmish

Rinse car with microfibre mit and hose to move loose dirt....then wash with 'mix' twice, witha rinse with hose inbetween washes. Dry!

Does the job, gets a lovely shine on her... and being a Derv it'll only get dirty soon, especially the rear end!

Next time tho, got a shine to the paintwork so I was chuffed....

You dont realise a cars chips n stuff till you give her a good wash, and I was impressed, there aren't many issues with this one

Got a good shine though mate, i bet it stays clean longer than mine in black

No worries mate, it was interesting. I got to know the 1.8Ts quite in depth, and the 1.9 PDs are a whole new game!

Really? Must admit the LEON drives really nice, then again its completely different to my previous Ibizas... its bigger, both inside and out, its a diesel so drives completely different too...
