Well wilson so was i, i never saw an ibiza in sight, infact ive never seen a mk2 ibiza up my way, apart from one in aberdeen a kiwi one.

david mckellar i do agree with you on the wheels, a do like them but they were a cheap set to get me on my way as it had 5spoke fox race things that were past there sell by date to be honest. The wheels will do me for now as im doing the interior then coilovers. spacers strutbrace and brakes thing, i cant stop i just want to keep getting more stuff. i love your wheels maybe somthing lkie that or bbs wheels now there nice. well it wasnt easy just like removing the door handles wasnt but hey i have a handy dad.

Jenk Whats wrong with the LCR splitter i was going to go down that route maybe not now, you used to own a tidy mk2 i will give you that one well done loved the colour.

Thanks Boi Nija youir car is mint, i have to admitt i dont do things like other people that may be a good thing or bad thing.

But the car isnt finished def not, just thought id show you guys my car, wasnt wanting to show it off as the title of the thread suggests, Just wanting your opinions to what else to improve it more

Wilz, you've done a lot to the car I'll give you that. I like the colour, doors flushed etc. The rims are a little small, but that's ok, and the car sits well, I like the exhaust too.

I personally don't like the boot, I always liked the attractive lines at the back, Alpha 155 Silverstone hint of a look, which you've removed. The headlights are possibly too big for the car, just looks like a crazy green bug. The front bumper doesn't really appeal either, maybe trying to do too much, it needs squaring off somehow in typical hothatch fashion.

Am I the only one who has been constructively critical? Please don't be offended, it's your car, do what you like ofcourse

Smithy, im considering on buying david mckellars wheels and slamming it on coilovers, exhaust will be getting changed for the same style as the mk3 ibiza.

I have had alot of compliments on the boot to be honest only thing i got told was to flush off the boot lock, im not taking it in offfense just thougt id tell you that, everyones intitled to their opinion.

i will be extending the bonnet come time to hide some of the headlights i think the same as you tey are rather large maybe a modified fk grill as that had also been commented on. Its a smoothed of facelift bumper not unusual seen it b4 thats where i got the idea, the numberplate will be changed back to the normal type as pointed out by a few ppl it looks gash.

Just wanted to try something different, its not to everyones taste not to mines either, yet, its all about trial and error.

Cheers mate, i loved that car :(

LCR splitters done to death mate, my mk4 even has one  plus attaching a splitter to another splitter just looks bodge to me (No offence to those with them)

With a few more touches your car could look mint. I recon abit of black here and there to break up the green, a good slam on coilovers and some well suited rims......wide ones ;)

A know its a hell of alot of green thats why i went for the carbon mirrors but that didint break it up really, also the black inside rims with a polished face to them
Any suggestions on how to break it up?

Well what about david McKellars wheels, or that bbs spoke things think zero had them, am still throwing ideas about dont realy know.

Change the front splitter for a cupra one and dont paint, similary for the rear. Get some vinyl for the door pillar between the front and rear glass. The grill as you have said already, chopped up badgless FK golf item. Just a few sugestions ;)

Wheel time :) Dave's are well nice, you could be very different and go for colour coded centres and black lips........no polished parts means easier maintanance! Zero's wheels are just pure p0rn  will cost you a fair whack though! If i did another ibiza i would deffinatly go for 15's (cant get low enough on 16's) with some width, 8' up the front and 9' at the back would suit it perfect.

Take a look at my old car, colour coded side skirts with black splitters.......it works ;)

If you look at a standard car you will see what i mean about the vinyl

Fair enough you win and are very wise, but will it not stick out on mines since your colour is darker than my bright green..

Will have to do a SEARCH for the vinyl like.

Cheers for the help guys i was a bit to much into the car needed to take a step back, youve all helped me out and filled my head with ideas ;)
