Can anyone tell me what I need to change mine in the 1.2. Iv got a fair idea as it seems pretty easy, just wondering what spark plugs would be best, fancy some denso iridium ones, not sure what my spark plug number is also do I need to space the gap or will they be ok?

There are plenty of sites that will tell you what size fits a particular car, at least I think the NGK one does (which I use in my petrol car with no problems at all). Gaps will mostly be 'about' correct when supplied.

Just got my son a set of pre-gapped DENSO IK16, set at 1.1 mm, Iridium-tipped :--- 0.4 mm dia. Should last 60,000 miles +, like platinum ones.

I expect the CAT. to be kept clean due to rapid clean-running of the plugs. Long hot runs on the motorway may even clean off old soot, then the CAT> may last its full projected life of 100,000 miles

That firm also offered NGK and other qualities.
