Should fit the earlier (golf mk4) prefacelift, these were the ones i was looking at yesterday also, if you go for them, do post a piccy up...
Let us know what they fit like etc, etc....

my one have always had a slight crack at the bottom of the left one. I would also be in as they will look cool on black! yes please

Just a short notice.
Bumped into a buddy of mine yesterday, he says he can make these in no time.
He can even colour the carbon weave so it can be lighter, d arker etc....
THis weekend im taking my old covers for him to get cracking on the moulds until the other guy gets back
Maybe we can "just almost" pull this off...

Just a short notice.
Bumped into a buddy of mine yesterday, he says he can make these in no time.
He can even colour the carbon weave so it can be lighter, darker etc....
THis weekend im taking my old covers for him to get cracking on the moulds until the other guy gets back
Maybe we can "just almost" pull this off...
If these ones you've got in the pipeline are the proper fit replacement type covers, not those on the pic above that just stick on, i'd be interested in them depending on cost.
Those ebay stick on ones arn't cheap for what they are

Carbon Mirror Covers
Found thes while i was mooching about the net, for mk4 golfs so presumably they'll fit the preface lift leon also, made by a company in the usa called vw4sport, but as yet I havn't be able to track them down

Ok bit of an update I've discovered that vw4sport is a bloke on one of the usa based golf forums, who makes carbon bits, and looking at the quality of his work, it's gonna be pricey for example a vw badge at $100.....
