Hi,

Getting my car REVO'd on wednesday now - got a better deal by him doing that only....have ordered Forge valve (007p) from ebay and am gonna sorce green air filter separately.

How difficult is the Valve to fit? does anyone have any guides? Think i will attempt it on the evening i get it chipped!

Cheers [B)]

The reason you probably had trouble finding anything when you searched is that there as so many threads on the topic. Most of them shouldn't have been started - and this is another one much the same. :)

The second larger one use clip was a pain in the arse - I had to just keep at it with a flathead screwdriver at first, then a pair of pliers. That was the only tricky bit the rest was sooooooo simple.

Easy Peasy to fit, i did mine in about 30 minutes, you'll need some new hose clips 2 x 22-29mm and one at 10mm i think it is.

The hardest part is getting the old crimp type clips off..

Because of the cramped access to the larger clips I's recommend a srew driver with flexi shaft and socket bit, makes life much easier....

thanks a lot for all the tips! got the car chipped yesterday.....lol had a problem with the software and it ended up taking them 3.5 hours! (was waiting for it to be done!) - they were very appologetic & they did me a custom code for the same price due to all the hassle! really impressed with the results. The forge valve arrived this morning so will fit it a bit later
