sorry guys been away all weekend and just back.

im from cumbernauld in Scotland. i found a type of coolant on halfords that says its suitable for vag cars after 2000. its a long life coolant, couldnt ask for any info in there because the unless gits were "busy"

i'll get more info on it today and report back. if any1 knows what stuff in talking about and knows whether or not its suitable that would be great.

checked in at halfords 2nite and the guy said it was only for 1.6, 1.8 and 2 litre

was called advanced formula anti freeze and summer coolant.

prob just need 2 go through to the dealership in glasgow.

I would mate, I've only used the G12 stuff - it's not that much more ££ if I remember correctly.
