i sent jabba a message saying what mods ive got and for a custom map with my k03s they said it will cost 475 for the map then charge me each hour after it goes over, did they mention this to you, also if something goes wrong i could be paying a fortune to get it mapped, what are you paying if you dont mind me asking
edition38, ukmivs, clubgti, any vag forums are the best places.
Just to say why i reckon 15bhp, is that you had 200bhp with no DP and K03s and Bill reckons your g/s is pretty much maxed out anyway so they'll probably just tweak the timing and fuelling.

CF's would indicate there's nothing more to be had, fueling.... checking with wideband would help matters know for fact how things are...
Only more boost possible I think, as it tracked actual to request well, so was'nt falling away which would suggest a little more is maybe left in it... but I dount there's much left.
The before and after RR figure will confirm. (on Jabba's dyno, not compar5ing westec to jabba as thats pointless)

there was some guy selling one on audi-sport.net , ill have a look for ya , it was of a a3 1.8t , check for sure if it fits yours though as im not sure if the engine is mounted different in an a3

roly how much did that cost you mate? as they are saying its 475 plus however much it goes over.
£450 all in but i did buy a new diff at the same time
i was told the £475 covers a 4 hour mapping session and then it's £60 an hour if it runs over that time, i'd be suprised if it did take any longer than 4 hours but every car is different so there's no way of telling

I recon 230/235 as you'r mods are close to mine and my RR figurs are abit up on what they should be as the RR i used tend to make things on the + side.
why not go for a custom code? you can ajust it yo'r self if you need to through a laptop and we have a dealer very close to us.
As for doing it live on the rollers in my view you can't bet mapping live on the road as you would drive.

I have been thinking bell auto's or did think custom code, not really read that much about then its more been posative towards jabba, ive read through loads of posts but was abit unsure, i dont want revo as im wanting a custom set-up.
Cheeky bast**ds, should be a fixed price. How can you give someone an open cheque book. I wish i could work on a if it takes longer basis. Remind me how long they have been mapping 1.8T engines for.

Over 20psi (peaks off the gauge) most remaped ones should be around 20psi I would think, mine off being pushed hard but they are cheep enough to replace.
When planting it from a slow speed say 15/20mph in 2nd ill see about 21/22psi apprently the k03s doesnt puch out any more boost than a k03 so ive been told? Like whats been said every car is differant i managed a 224 with on a k03, im yet to get k03s RR but i dont reckon its pushing out over 235 on revo stg2. I must admit i agree with what most people said about the k03s isnt all its cracked up to be.
