Bluetooth Problem

Hi all has anyone had any issues with their Factory Fitted Bluetooth install?

My Bluetooth keeps on Disconnecting/Reconnecting for no apparent reason.
On occassions when it is working and I attempt to make a phone call the interference is to a degree that I have to give up the call

Anyone got any idea's

What make / model / software version phone have you got.

Samsung D900 No idea what software version, how do I check or update

^^ What he said, I have on phone which connects and disconnects all the time, my work phone (a very basic model) works perfectly. Both nokias..

My hubby has an X5 and he has the same phone! have no problems with the his or my Samsung D900 connecting in the X5 or the Bluetooth operation in that car.

Maybe its an issue of compatibility with your cars software type - take it to the dealer and ask them to re programme it?
