I've got a 2007 Leon FR, twice in a week now i have opened the boot off the button for the boot on the key, then closed the boot which locked and then unlocked the car, when i have opened the drivers door i have heard a bleeping noise (not the full alarm ) maybe the back up alarm? if it has one, to reset had to open/close boot

Anyone had this??

Nope:( but I did have a problem with the alarm going off 10seconds ish after I locked the car. It would not stop doing it.

In the end I opened and closed every door and still no joy so my frustration I opened the bonnet and slamed it shut and it stopped

Just though I'd add that incase someone else had the same issue.

When the car is locked hold the boot button for 3 seconds until the indicators flash.

The boot is now unlocked the rest of the car is still locked. You can load up your car with shopping without fear of anyone pinching stuff from the car while you have your head burried in the boot.

After you shut the boot the car should automatically locks itself and arms the alarm after 2 mins so dont leave your keys in the boot [B)]
