Well sadly my ibiza cupra has now gone. Was sad to see it go, and to be honest i do miss it. Been a cupra owner for two years now, and they are, and always will be fantastic cars. Anyhow im now driving a jdm celica GT4 WRC (and it is a genuine WRC model). The interior is nothing to shout about compared to the cupra..............but what a car to drive. Currently running 300bhp. The ammount of grip this thing has is staggering, even in the wet it is glued to the road. The turbo as well............its deafening!!! Has a 3" Blitz Nur SpecR exhaust with a large backbox and it drowns that out on full chat.

Anyway heres a few pics of it

I like it mate, i know its a jap car and i'll probably get my P45 in the post for saying it, but i'd love one myself!

Only thing i'd do is probably change the wheels, maybe some compo's or something like that.

yeah looking into some compos as i had compomotive MO's on my cupra (5 spoke MO's in black), would love a set of the six spoke MO's in white. Money wont allow at the moment though

I had two of these an st185 and a yellow st205 with 286bhp it was a great car but just wait to you need to replace the figure of 8's and suspension arms, and if you rekon yours is 300bhp don't expect your clutch to last long, then you will know where the expression throughing money down a drain comes from then you'll be wishing you had kept your cupra LOL! just speking from experiance I had 4 years ownership of these cars and loved it but had to end sometime, I was also luck to just live a few doors away from a gt4 expert and 3sgte specialist who done all the work on mine, you may have seen his car before featured in banzai? it's lotus lava orange and 465bhp.

I realise they are quite expensive to maintain, however the fig 8s lower suspension arms etc were replaced before i baught it (was a point i was looking for when buying one)

I know of the orange GT4 you are on about, seen a few video clips of it here and there. Car had a few bits and bobs done when i first bought it at the toyauto centre. Ian who works there has a 600bhp celica, looks a mean bit of kit.........although i believe its not drivable at the moment because he blew the block on it.

Yeah clutch will be the next thing i replace (very costly) at the moment it still bites hard though so for the time being it will stay that way

that is a very sweet car. if i was to change the LCR then i'd go for an old skool evo. i like the old shape evo's so i'd go for an evo 1-4. my brother has an evo 2 and if i had the money i'd have it as a second car.

very niceexample, looks stunning!

like the detail on the rear wing, that standard?

As standard the "GT-FOUR" indent is on the block, but its just an indent and is the same colour as the block. I bought the white vinals and stuck them in the indent to make it stand out a little better
