Alarm keeps going off - how can I dissable?

My girlfiend's has just phoned me to say the alarm keeps going off - Am going to need to tell her how to stop it.

The manual is at home so if anyone could tell me how I dissable it that would be grand.

Ah - good point.

Suppose this will determine whether its the sensors that are faulty though.

I'm thinking the follwoing for a full dissarm.

Unlock car. Open passenger front door. Use the lock button. Then lock the passenger door with the key...... think that might work.

If you're going to lock it with the way you describe above you'll need to lock the passenger door using the "hidden" lock. It's in the end of the door behind a black rubber grommet - there'll be a slot that the end of the key fits into (think it's yellow). That's how I was locking my car when I had the alarm problem and it worked fine.

Very good - I've now realised there isn't a lock. :p I read the above solution for another Seat model which obviously must have one!

Going off all the time now, need to take it to the garage ASAP.
