Seriously powerful Ibiza! Pleased I'm not paying your insurance though! I'm 24 with a standard LCR, 4 years NCB and still paying over 1k..:(

Quick question, what brake upgrades did you have to make? I would assume the standard brakes are well underpowered in relation to your new bhp. Did the insurance company instance on this and/or any other changes to still provide cover?

They have AP 4 pot racing brakes on the front as standard anyways, so they are IMHO more than capable with the right disc and pads to cope with 330 bhp.

Power is up over 80% on standard though, are uprated pads and discs all that is necessary?

Thinking of Songman's IHI'd LCR, believe he's running big Porsche 993 Turbo brakes on the front? Would have that the insurance company were interested to make sure all that power can be stopped.

To be fair your insurance would probably go up some if you had uprated Brakes!

Insurance is crazy!! we all have to have it though!:)
