Are you still getting decent MPG out of it or have you moved into a Bp garage yet??

first post 3rd pic down mate, still bloody getting 40+mpg

as for brakes they are actually recognised as extra safety not a mod, i checked into this a while back and although it won't necessarily take your premium down it won't go up

Hell I don't get 40mpg (well not often). Think I got about 30mpg on my way home with food from the chinese earlier.
But that might be down to my driving and living on and near some good country roads which I usually take coming home just to make sure the cars not all sooted up.

Think I need a remap.... but new brakes first as the standard FR ones are pretty hopeless (good initial bite, few corners later pads and discs are hot, the brakes are fading like mad and all that does is help produce more understeer).

Maybe I should just bite the bullet and get a cupra.

I wouldn't trust the mpg now you've changed the MAF/injectors & FPR from what it's expecting as std

do a brim to brim calculation

I passed a black Cupra with an IHI badge on the rear boot lid and wondered what it meant. Now I know.

Car sounds amazing Rash - got some questions for you:

So what happened to your milltek downpipe, and did JBS 3" DP fit well with the rest of the milltek system? Do you have to put the CAT back on when it comes to MOT?

As the mk4 cupra is a small ported car, did JBS bore it to big ports?

Do you think a R32 throttle body and 007 manifold would increase your BHP?

Do you need a TDi airbox or could have you got an XXL dynatwist or what ever will fit onto a 3" MAF housing instead?

the video on the rolling road i belive doesnt do the sound any favours but more video's to come very shortly! the 3 inch downpipe fits fine and my exhausts makes no rattles ect so im happy! internals are left completely standard so modifying anymore would simply risk blowing the engine up!

my sports cat and 2.5 inch down pipe is for sale now was only on the car 3 months ish and its in excellet condition

the airbox setup im runiing is the cupra pd160 airbox with an leon TDI fr maf housing and sensor and a custom turbo intake pipe
