the winter has been hard, the alloys have baked on brake dust that looks like the underside of an old cast iron pot.the front bumper has some very very embedded grime/tar/stones (i think).the bumper is pitted to fook basically.this i can only think will need a respray.the usual tar spots are a plenty.
the rub strips are stippled, not smooth, and they are full of gunk,i can get them back to black with a variety of things, but what i really want to do is remove all that gunk out of the stippled bits.
i dug out my clay bar tonight(it was thrown in the corner of the shed some years back as "only useful for hanging posters").
so with a large slice of humble pie infront of me,any advice?
particularly how to use the said bar of clay.i have read wahat to use it with solution wise, but how do i apply it?dab it on/off .
cheers.
the silver seats i can sort in my sleep. nothing but a steam clean will get them back to looking good.
