Agreed - it's not as hard to keep clean as you think - you don't notice the fingermarks, or dust etc.... it's only the big mud type marks you see - which are a piece of cake to remove!
I had a white escort cosworth a few years back and despite been white was quite easy to keep clean. Often when it had rained a quick hose down would get it clean until the weekend arrived
However, white cars look awful when they are covered in sand or it has been snowing (slush etc).Always fancied an imported EP3 civic type-r in white in the past...
One really good thing about white cars................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................LOWER INSURANCE
I work at the docks where the VAG cars come off the ferries and where they are stored before going to the dealers. There have been a few white Leons coming through in the last couple of years and a few ibizas as well. Not too common and they were always the non cupra/FR/cupra R style. There was a few FR/Cupra R's in the light metallic silver/blue colour. (Glacier Blue????) They looked quite smart and different.
White has made a massive comeback recently. It used to be seen as the colour of bog standard, low spec cars. But these days so many cars look seriously good in white, it's coming back strong
I have found a white leon. I will upload a pic when i get my phone back, its not the best of pics but it was definately WHITE
