hey guys . i have a leon lcr 1m and i was thinking to change the oem speedometer needles to white as the tt mk1 has and the s3 8l. do you guys think that it is direct conversion to my cluster or not??

I was asked how to change the leds and make a guide to do it :) so here is something i scrapped together :) lots of pictures. You will need flathead screwdriver and a t25 torx screwdriver, the correct leds a soldering iron with a small tip and solder with flux inside and ofcourse a steady...

You can also center the needles with Vag-Com. Perform a cluster diagnose and the motor of the needles will stay at center.
i think we speak a different language.my cluster works perfectly fine. i just wanted an upgrade for the looks.whatever.thanks for the replies!!
