Well I just caught a glimpse on CNBC of the motor show and saw a purple coloured Seat car and did a news Google, brings us back to the seatcupra site ;)

Well I don't know I was looking for a 4 x 4 to retire with to the country in x many years time, perhaps it will be a Seat.

I tell you those men have problems standing up straight.

There is also a picture of this there as well... that one sort of looks tasty. I'm sure Mark won't mind me indexing his page:

That's the purple car I saw on CNBC.

Glad that my google news efforts seem to have worked!

I sincerely hoped it was a joke though - they have so many other cars that they could have covered

The shoes sort of match the high clearance of the car may be.... least Mark wasn't upset that I'd cross posted.... put it down to CNBC. Yeah top picture is the purple road car which is the one above that I spotted on the business news item.

Bit strange if Seat are going to have a 4 x 4 as per a tough vehicle or a 4 x 4 as per a sensible sporting vehicle. I could see I'd buy the latter, not the former.

due for a timely release just a week after the UK Government release an exceedingly high car tax bracket for 4x4 vehicles

probably sell well then :banghead2

Yes a little Seat Panda type of run around or an Altea with 4 x 4 would do nicely but not some big chunky thing no. I can't think too many Spanish people would want the chunky thing and German's will buy their Porsches may be so hard to see what the market is perhaps....

Seen from the side, the first thing you notice are the imposing 19 inch alloy wheels, atypical on an all-terrain vehicle.
yeh because when we go off road we need soft ally rims that break on a sainsburys carpark kerb.not quite sure on rolling radius and off roading but do bigger rims give you better traction ? wider tyres maybe but bigger diameter.
i for one would like to lob a few bikes in the back and take it around here on a wet day.
perhaps i'd better take a series 1 lanny along to help out
Haldex-type arrangement with a hydro-mechanical connection and electronic control that guarantees permanent, steady and precise power distribution.
haldex on an off-roader?having a laugh now surely?
no difflock or low box?its just another fat assed school chariot imho
