Well after a day with the spanners and the use of a best mate my tdi sport is now sitting a little lower to terrafirma
And what a difference its made not only is it lower it corners better theres less jolting over holes and cross country blasts are alot more controlled doesn't feel like the rear is just going to bounce its self off the road.

How far has it dropped?

its dropped 40mm at the rear and 40mm at the front though that was measured straight after being done so might settle a little more with a few miles under it belt.
