driving round today and its amazing you see so many boys in their Golfs staring at your LC/R like they never seen one before. Truth be know they probably haven't

Anyway, got a couple of compliments today, one from a mates mate and another from a bloke who was trying to fix a battered looking GREEN?? A4, anyway does feel nice :D

LC/R do turn heads. I actually think the LC/R do look better than even the R32. Just my opinion, you pay alot for an R32 but you just dont get originality....

I nearly bought a Golf, but one thing stopped me. I found it hard to tell the GTI's and other top end models apart from the 1.4's and 1.6 etc. They all look too similair and that put me off. Glad i got the Leon now :D

Man...Our LC/R's are so Original & tasty. Powerful too!

They turn heads wherever you drive.

We also seem to have the best colours....colours that suit the car & stand out from the Gti's (1.6 boys)!

They do get a lot of attention for sure... Only last night i saw some guy on the side of the road watch me as I passed him - he was still looking as he came up in my rear view mirror!

The best thing though is seeing the lads in their saxos/novas/<insert typical chav motor here> watch me with wide eyes as i go by... you can have your bodykits and your silly spoilers mate - my Platinum LCR looks good all on its own [B)]

Nice and shiny Davey!! Looks nice, but how the hell do you manage 50.9 ave mpg? I get just over 40 and 450-475 from a tank with venting!!

On that day i just drove my normal route to work on A and B roads (48 miles) with lights and aircon on (6.30 am) and stuck to the speed limits. Resisted the urge to drive it flat out and did this all week. I filled the car up with 590 miles on the clock and an estimated 20 left in the tank (according to the OBC) :D
Think i found the perfect combination of a CC phase 1 map, Shell extra diesel and some millers diesel sport 4 :funk:
