Are you thinking what I think you're thinking Steve???
Me too!
Did you get a buyer for your Jabba kit??
no but not bothered tbh as i can achieve 460bhp with nitrous albeit for about 7 mins;) if someone offered me decent money for it then i would be tempted to go for a much bigger turbo set up:p

I have recently had the works done on mine at jabba, 340bhp, intercooler, and the latest was the performance clutch and lsd and they make a big difference. The performance will blow your mind every time. I took it to brands hatch last saturday and it was the NUTS! Surprised Everyone!
Just need to learn how to drive.

what kind of clutch did you use? (make, type, etc)

LSD from quaife or something else?

Dont know the make, I am the least knowledgable person when it comes to asking technical questions, I just take their recommendations! But I will have a look at the invoice over the weekend and tell you.

Did you get any engine work done? havent thought of an LSD, does it make that bigger difference?

Lsd

It made a massive difference on mine because its the front wheel drive and not the 4wheel drive, should have bought the 4WD initially but never thought of it!

4100 :O i am glad i went on a budget with the GTRS, costed me around 2200 or so with the fmic included and the other random parts.

should be making 340 - 350 now that the fmic is fitted with new IC piping.

the std ic and piping must have been holding me back a fair bit, off turbo is stronger and smoother, spool now spools up 300rpm quicker, and on boost feels so much more torquey, all passangers have commented.

great kit on a UK car at a budget :D

The uprated diff appaerantly is noticable straight away, ive got one for my Ibiza Cupra will have it fitted soon.... Jabba use Peloquin differentials which are a copy of the quaife but again apparently work just as good. :)

Ive heard with the Ibiza 20V the front diff begins to get weak at about 270BHP but theres cars running 300 plus and they havent broken. But again this is the same sort of issue with the crank, supposedly only supposed to be good for 320ish but peeps still see up to 380 and sometimes more without failure. But it doesnt mean u should keep pushing...... unless you ve a few grand spare cash lying around and lots of hours labour spare.....

But i'd say the Diff is an essential item on any front wheel drive car in order to put the power down... fair enough while your moving on the straight chasing an Aston or somthing you;ll have a good chance but when cornering and approaching those motorway bends your cars gonna be spinning those wheels when the torque comes in, and Mista Aston will be gone.

Im going to have to start saving, cos when i replace the clutch "which i think will be very soon" im hoping to replace it with an uprated sachs item and add an LSD at the same time! [B)]

Price isnt too bad, its the VAT that kills it then the diff bolts cost abot £97 in total you'll be spending £775... just dont show your girlfriend the bill.

Peloquins come complete with bearings and bolts so you should'nt be paying for these as extra's

Quaifes dont, and work out more ££ by the time you have added all these xtras
