think people were getting confused between fly figures and wheel figures

So 19 psi is about average then for most (with a revo stage 1 or equivalent).

There is still some puzzling things with my car then. Not sure what map it has.

I take it Other people are getting 180bhp at the wheels with similar mods to mine then?

no mate, cos those figures, with those mods are beyond optimistic. most people realistically believe that 220-/+ is the maximum that the k03 (stock) turbo can flow. i have more mods than you and im hoping for around 220bhp at the fly!

Some engine's can differ tho can't they. Only found out today i have a cat back exhaust system on it. (rusted powerflow) Not sure how much difference that made

i had a powerflow sports cat on mine. got 190bhp from a std 180 so 10bhp difference. not sure about cat back tho? would it actually make any difference?

engine can differ but not that much tbh you spec id be surprised if its worth more than 200bhp. rollers differ especially with the cooling but without efficient cool most remapped cars fail to achieve 200bhp

as traumapat has sort of pointed out, a cat back exhaust alone wont do much if anything at all since the real bottleneck is still in place. replace the downpipe and cat and then you should be seeing accurate gains.

i just hope i achieve something along the lines of 220bhp when i run in a few weeks. otherwise my full exhaust system, turbo intake pipe and front mounted intercooler will seem like a pretty big waste of money

* i dont really care what it achieves tbh really though, car feels mint, each upgrade produced a noticeable gain and im happy

The last time I had the bo****ks to look at the boost gauge as well as the road it was 2.4bar spike but held 2.2. What's that in psi.

Mines hitting 22psi drops to 20. I have changed the boost to 7 and the timing to 7 and use tesco 99 unleaded fuel. I have a full powerflow exhaust system, carbon maxxflow induction kit and revo stage 1

this is where i had mine r/r'd, the bloke greg was telling me that their r/r has the most advanced cell in the uk and i have no reason to doubt him:

http://www.westonperformance.com/dyno/

Mine made 188.6bhp/240lb at the wheels with revo stage 1.....:D

i was told by the lads at weston performance, and the lads at the dyno dynamics stand at autosport that the way to tell if the power is measured at the fly or at the wheels is to do with the lettering after your power output number. HP = at the wheels but cant remember the fly reading, i think it could be just P but dont quote me.

u mean whp or bhp

what iv said is correct though, they should both have a similar line graph but fly is higher than wheel since power is lost through transmission
