If that boost is correct, then you have a problem somewhere.

You should be boosting twice that, then dropping

Thats what i thought!, The car was like this when i bought it, I've had the car on vagcom, check hoses, everything
Pulls like a train, no stuttering or anything!

I just wanna know what map is on the car, at first i didnt think it had one but i had a play with a mates modifed cupra pushing 200bhp an stayed with him plus a mates rover coupe turbo which are 200bhp standard.

Its just confusing! Could a MAF cause this? (No warning lights are on)

Just put a ko3s on a still boosting to 0.9 (Just under 10 on this gauge)

Im thinkin of coming along to a rolling road to see what its putting out.

Dont know how you manage to stay up with a re-mapped cupra with 200bhp boosting about 20psi when your only boosting 10psi??

wheres your gauge taking its feed from? the tubes not being squashed or anything is it? might be worth trying a different gauge on there

could be the MAF, you wouldnt necessarily get any warning lights for the MAF, have you got a standard diverter valve?

When I had upsolute remap I was only boosting a max of 12 psi but was RR'd at 201 bhp.

Now I have Impossible Performaces custom map and I'm boosting about 18psi, RR'd at 206 bhp.

So 19 psi is about average then for most (with a revo stage 1 or equivalent).

There is still some puzzling things with my car then. Not sure what map it has.

I take it Other people are getting 180bhp at the wheels with similar mods to mine then?

I have basicly the same mods as you apart from a Miltek cat back and made 196bhp at the wheels... its been said a million times its a dyno lottery. or your cars a little unwell.

David.

EDIT: It was rolling roaded before the FMIC and T.I.P was fitted.

Yeh this is true. car pulls very well so not overly bothered. Only had one run on the rollers that specific day. So could have been different over a few more run's.

Exhaust is next tho i feel :)

Really goes to show how dyno's differ doesn't it. I know alot of people on here say that they don't count for anything but its still nice to find out.

Think grin factor exceed's this tho

Is this just down to different rollers then or could it just be how different cars perform under different conditions?

This is why i had queries with my boost ( as i was unsue if mine was running too high and about to blow)
