you got a right bargain with that Goldeneye kit! As long as its reliable and not dazzling etc, thats pretty impressive.

I emailed the seller of that goldeneye kit on ukmkivs and he said the bulb was 50mm though, which was why i didn't go with it.

yea i took a risk with the length but luckily it paid off, and if they were too long i was gonna see if i could sell the bulbs and buy some short ones from HIDs4U or something.

i emailed the organiser too, he didnt know, i then spent a while finding some people who had it, a few measured bulbs and they were around the 46-47mm mark which i saw was what yours were so i was fairly confident they would be ok.

Ive been reading up about the goldeneye kit, its supposed to be very good for the price, lots of people bought them cos they were cheap but then were very impressed and said they were like a good german kit, so im looking forward to seeing the results myself

time for a MINI adventure
I'll be buying mine from HIDs4U I don't want no risk factor involved. Done too much of that in the past. Want it to go smoothly for a change. Think I'd even get a garage to install them, as I"m not the most patient person, and I think trying to velcro things would drive me insane. Would love to know how you guys did it really!? lol Patience of jove or wateva

its not a hard mod.....just a bit fiddly due to lack of room behind the lights...well worth it though

2 reasons,
1 i like messing about with stuff, when you get it finished its a good feeling

2 garages take your pants down for the time of day

Fitted mine today after work!

How fiddley is it behind the passenger light if you don't have alien hands?!

Well pleased with them - just need to fit the LED sidelights at some point now :(

Will try and get some pictures up soon.

Every1 keeps sayin that the passenger side is fiddly, i found the driver's side much worse!
