My 3rd Leon 20VT (with pics)

Hi all,

A wee while since I've been around. I've been living with a diesel Vectra for the past few months and while the economy was good, I really missed the power of the 1.8T. So I decided to address that and get another one. I'm paying 42p a litre for BP Ultimate 100 at the moment so economy isn't much of a factor.

The previous owner (female) left the car in sh*t state so its taken me a few days to get it into a half presentable fashion. Makes you laugh when you see an ad saying "lady owner", like its something to take peace of mind in

I need to get the cambelt and waterpump done next month. 480 Euros at my local SEAT "handler" as they're called here in Germany. Also a slight noise from the front needs looked at, I think its either a wheel bearing just starting to go or the passenger's side drive shaft.

Anyhow, It'll give me something to do for the next couple of months.

Yep, Fabia one going on next week. Had a Polo one on my last Leon.

2 days work in tidying the car up . Enjoyed it though.

Nice car mate ,i can see a few hours cleaning gone in to it. I had the Lc 180 before my my Lcr and i know what it takes to keep them wheels clean
