The M in IMG is the initial of my first name and the G in IMG is the initial of my surname

I have lots of plans for the 2nd half of 2007.

And there was me thinking it was named after your parents
Does your brother still work there? Not seen him in there for some time.

Will you be working alongside your parents, or they taking more of a back office approach once you start?

Wil be Nice to see you back mate :)

more great service weekend before last as well :)

was after a hazard switch but they didn't have it in, i was desperate as my indicators weren't working. They could have said you'll have to wait we can order it but instead suggested an alternative source. I managed to get one from corkhills vw in wigan as suggested by IMG although i don't think corkhills will thank them for it as my little girl who is potty training was playing with the toys in the showroom and......well you get the picture

but just shows the customer service level is awesome. I will be recommending them to everyone possible lol

Sorry guys I am going to be the one to disagree here. So far I have found most SEAT dealers are lacking when it comes to customer attention. Have been waiting to have my passenger seatbelt sensor replaced for over 10 weeks now!! No call from them and when I called I was told that their parts guy had left....hmm ok. In fact I found it quite a struggle to buy a new car off this dealer, so I went elsewhere.

Mode,

Apologies for the disruption in the showroom over the weekend. We are having all our computer systems re-wired this week, and had to lay the floor and remove the fixed reception desk over the weekend in preparation for the new computer systems that are being installed this week. Unfortuntley we were unable to get the workmen to remove the desk and lay the new flooring during closed hours (overnight)

Hopefully your next visit to the showroom will be without disruption.

Kind Regards,
Matthew

Yeah, I rang them a week or so back to ask the price of a 10,000 mile sevice for my 2.0TDI, they quoted £170 but a lead time of a month. I then tried Alex Lawrie in Liverpool (Skoda) they said less than £100, give them two days notice to order the parts in from Seat in order to maintain the Warranty.

It seems that IMG now have a large catchment area since Arnold Clark in Liverpool closed, they really need to look at ramping up their operation a few notches to cope. Warranty work only from me in the meantime.

I phoned them two weeks ago to get my Leon in under warranty to investigate an airbag fault light on the dash. Was told it would be SIX weeks! I then phoned the dealer I purchased the car from who offered me an appointment the following day. Big difference
