I think mork was on about sticking it in stock mode via sps to calm the settings down until you sort out the fuelling problems.

If it was me i would use matched MAF/injectors. If your running a 3" MAF then your injectors need to match the fuelling to give more.

Mine has the cover on it, never really fitted right, the bottom front has no location and it pretty much floating in the air.

It took me ages to get it to sit right.

Someone gets me!

Fuelling is the kind of thing you wouldn't want to guess (and get wrong)

revo stage2 on OE injectors & OE maf will provide the code with the information it 'needs'

mess with either & you are in the unknown area that is either rich/lean/ perfect

rich does long term damage, lean will do too - especially if it melts a valve.

Does this mean you need a LCR lambda probe? (wide band) If so i have one spare and one on the car (rear ones switched off) if you need one to get you going? Or have i got the wrong probe?

I think you still need your rear one scott - it's not "off" just ignores the cat - I think it's still required for warm up

Plus it's the front one he needs (slightly different)

feel...just read my posts on page 1 and i do say its custom!? dont ask my why because like you said its a bam manifold!

HoocH

its a proper k04 not a 001 one

not as easy as just changing it for the 023 mani! had to have a custom one made!

Latest news!

just got back from taking it for a spin and it is deadly, no traction in 1st, 2nd, and abit of 3rd but once your going its mad

will get pics up once i get a min!

HoocH

Anyway, like you say (now) it's not custom. Did the Ibiza charge pipe line up okay with the K04 outlet? There's quite a few people who've thought about fitting K04-23 to K03 cars, but the intercooler piping has put them off - that might be the answer - Ibiza charge pipe to single pass FMIC to Golf/Cupra Inlet manifold

getting 19psi

eh?
somethings not plumbed right.
N75 electrically off is actuator pressure only... which if std spring/actuator is not supposed to be 19psi.

check the pipeing to actuator/N75 if I were you.

that does'nt sound right
