Well tonight some fool in either his son's or son-lin-law's Focus tried to park in the boot of the Leon! :censored:

But on a good note the the Leon held up better than I expected, yet the fungus was not looking at all well.

Pics can be found HERE

So off to the dealers in the morning and let them have a look and see whats gonna happen.

The insurance company (RAC) would rather I pick where it gets repaired. Saves them loads of work I guess.

Holy mother of God!!
I bet he was on the phone!

I'd be devastated if that was mine, mind you I pay for my motors..

Stiff neck in the morning?

Hope you've declared the body kit to the insurance co.

The body kit's standard spec as part of the special editions that Seat were rolling out...

Near Reevo :)
:( Gutted for you,

Lets hope that there's not more damage to the car under the bodywork.

On the bright side however, least you'll get your car back clean ;) :p

1st, he pulled out from behind a lorry that couldnt make his mind up what he was doing.

2nd, I am paying for this car! I hope that you are not implying that even if I was a company car driver that would be any different.

3rd, as Mr. Coyte has said it was the BTCC edition direct from Seat.

Phnates, you really should confirm details before making posts like that...

Yes I am upset, but cars can be repaired/replaced, live is a little bit harder to replace.

I visited the dealer this morning and the damage does not appear that bad, I was very surprised.

I'm not implying anything.
I was just saying how I would feel that's all.
No excuses now - If "you" run up someones rear then it's "your" fault..

No airbags didnt go off, but as Mork said they shouldnt with a rear shunt.

Whilst cleaning the windows off before driving to work yest. I noticed that the rear qtr panel towards the top between the window and hatch has been dented, which I am now thinking maybe the chassis has taken more of a shunt than first guessed.

I'll be going back to the body shop that the dealer uses tomorrow morning for them to have a better look.

As for the being calm bit, yeah its a piece of metal which can be repaired/replaced, but people making stupid comments will find the nasty side of my tongue.
