yeah i had a play with one that is appaerntly running 270bhp and i pulled on that with 241bhp so dont know what went wrong there
Probably around 275ish i'd say! Sort the exhaust out and you should be pulling a nice 285bhp
no i would say more around 255-260bhp at the mo, getting BF System in March with 100cell High flow Cat and Revo stg2 then i reckon about 270bhp
Darth Tater how much did your quaiffe set you back and where did you get it from
and theres me mitchy thinkin im about 280bhp & 310lbs!
Ben
Big boys Toys fitted it for me along with some other stuff so not quite sure what it cost to be honest
JBS are currently doing an offer I think for about £1,200 fitted I think so assume it was similar to that
Having now got one I will find it very hard to drive any other FWD car without one, it's that good
Ralph
thats a lot of dollar but it must be worth it, i have been saving for my exhaust for nearly a year now and sometimes have had to use the money i saved for other stuff so i really want to get the exhaust first i cant wait. I may contemplate getting the Diff at a later date
What difference does it really make?
I thought it would only come into action when hammering it around bends at 70-80mph where the LCR as it is standard can become a bit unstable!
How does it affect full throttle traction/acceleration in 1st/2nd?
I spose it's all relative as in £ per performance but I do think it's worth it. I do however plan to do a lot of track work in mine so that also influenced my decision. Done 2 days this year and another 2 booked before the year end.
Checking your list of mods I'd suggest get suspension next rather than the exhaust, if your looking at coilies check out FK's stuff as it's meant to be good. I've got H&R which is also mucho dollar but good, firm tho. I reckon the suspension will give you better VFM than the exhaust for similar outlay but that's just my opinion.
