wont be getting these ever again, had a couple scary moments since putting them on, wheel spin in 3rd on a k03s?! pointless even putting your foot down if its raining

I found them pretty good so far, but soft.

yeah spec 2, my toyos didnt last very long but had a lot more grip even in the wet, going up a slight hill in 3rd and i felt the whole car slide under wheelspin and that wasnt full boost either

Yoko's are reknowned for being soft, had a set on my 'old' Mk4 now got a set ready to put on my 'summer ' rims for the Mk2

Yeah, id heard but they were cheap and it was still summer when i bought them lol (not that long ago!)

ok when i said cheap i didnt mean that cheap!
i meant £52 each (in 17") but thought that was good seeing as i got shafted for £100 a tyre last time buying hankooks , but they werent too bad tbh, avons were alright.

I trawled the Bay for mine, local lad had killed a rim on a kerb edge so bought himself new rims with tyres, so I took tese ones off his hands

fair enough, when i bought the hankooks id had a blowout luckily totally undamaging but got taken to the local garage who 'only had' £100 hankooks that fit my car, shame the one that blew was the one with tread left on it so had to buy 2.
Im tempted to take these yokos off and save them for the summer but supposed to be selling the car lol
