Loss of power + drop in speed when on incline motorway

Hi all,

i have a Seat leon 1.6tdi 2013.

When i travel on the motorway and reach an incline bit of a motorway, I put my foot down around 70-80 and the car suddenly loses power and the speed drops until the motorway levels out and then the power picks up again or worst case I pull over and restart the car and it gets me up the incline - however the speed drops and only once ive got past the incline does it go back to normal.

Previous to this, I have changed the clutch, gearbox, auxillary coolant pumps and heater matrix.

I've taken it to 3 different mechanics and all have said we cant see anything wrong with and there are no engine lights or codes on etc.
One mechanic said it could be the turbo actuator.
Note - during this time - an engine code - “coolant pump running dry” came up but was told by the mechanic tht its been “bled” and ots now fine - however my heaters I believe should be more powerful as a side note (there are just over warm and not really hot) - raised this with the mechanic who did the coolant pumps and heater matrix nd he says its fine lol

remember seeing something on these forums regarding this issue being coolant wiring which I raised to the 3rd mechanic as a friend of mine had the exact same issue (loss of power on motorway) and went to this mechanic who said my friends coolant wiring was abit of mess which fixed the problem.

The above mechanic also said he cannot figure out whats wrong with i

could it be EGR? Air mass flow sensor issues ??

Honestly at a loss atm and any advice would be appreciated

Thanks
