just been quoted £137 to £160 to get a boost gauge fitted in my car i have the boost gauge just want a piller
do u think thats a bit over the top or what :confused:

Got mine fitted last week by jbs. Cost just over 100 quid. It alot more complex on a diesel. Took a good 3 hours n they did a really good job.

thats who the quote was of and mines a petroli read this on the fourm a few days ago i saw the post and i thought i would send them a quick email to c how much it would be.

whats wrong with scotchblocks? Do the job don't they?

BEOWULF, you got a complicated gauge job like a defi or something?
Also, depending how / where they plumb it in they may need some silicone hosing which is another £10.

I'd do it yourself, the dash is only held on with 3 screws FFS! Where abouts are you? You could always do it with someone local who's done it befores 'supervision'.
