yeh ive considered doing that but then i wont be able correct the difference in height then. ive got eibach on the case now and thay said it may be too high if the bolts on the shocks were tichtened whilst the car was up in the air (wheel dangling) It should be on the floor to be tightened up so im goin to check how the garage set it up.

Rash- the tyres are both new so its not that.......unfortunately

that makes no sense though - the bolts only are accessible when the wheel isn't on the car (plus it makes no sense either)

I would not drive with loose springs, it's illegal for starters!

i think what eibach meant was the strut might not be sitting in the steering knuckle all the way down :)

i didnt request the tyre idea *triple d* did ;) as m0rk said wont make a diffrence and is imposble to do unless lowered onto a block of wood

as i said the bare metal will rust andeventually snap! all you need is some shorter drop links itl stop it contacting ;) theyre cheap too and are really easy to fit!

shorter drop links will pull the arb higher which will pull it further away from the driveshafts and will stop then contacting as when the driveshafts spins it will grind on the arb penertrating the protective layer and leaving bare metal and this will rust very quickly!

still wont make any diffrence as there is no adjustment on the rear and is no play in bottom shock mountings ;)

edit :  im getting two threads mixed up sorry every1! ignore posts 45 and 43

but as i said the rear strut isnt adjustable in any way or mine would be lower :) shorter set of rear springs is your only hope

To the original problem..

Am I just being too obvious with this... but maybe its your gastank:) try filling it up all the way to see if theres a difference. It sits on more on the right side now doesnt it, rather than in the middle of the car like it should for better weight distribution...
