This is the message that my mate gets everytime she wants to log in.

No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Please can you tell me the reasons why username is: Vixxxen

She has never posted at all as cant even log onto the forum.

Cool, its because of the multiple sign up system. A necessary evil to try and keep out the spammers. But if someone signs up from the same PC it marks them as spam.

But if they let us know by a friend or email, we can force-activate the account.

Looking for a way to change the ban message, so that the innocent can be told to contact us. Still working on it.
