EPC light, Limp modes and fault codes

Hi all,
My wife has a 1.4 petrol Leon. Last night the EPC and engine management light came on and it went into limp mode. I've scanned it and it come up with a few code that I believe are linked to the same issue.
. My scanner won't reset them, it come up with a message saying the car has the final choice on whether the reset will work. I believe it's been caused but the turbo actuator getting stuck and cause low boost and I've freed the actuator up but the codes won't reset. Codes as follows

P0638 -throttle actuator control range performance

P0299 - turbo charger low boost

18948 Turbo underboost

02737 throttle body valve drive electrical error in circuit.

I've never come across the 02737 any know if these will all be linked or if there is something else I need to do after freeing up the actuator?

Also, any reason why it would allow me to reset the fault codes?

With the main two pointing at the throttle body
"P0638 -throttle actuator control range performance"
"02737 throttle body valve drive electrical error in circuit"

My Guess would be that there is an issue with the throttle body and there is not enough air getting in compared to what the engine is expecting.
The lack of air would cause low boost.
