Wing Mirror Indicator

I recently purchased a 2019 Seat Leon Cupra 290 and have noticed an intermittent drivers side wingmirror indicator fault. When i unlock the car the indicator flashes as normal, however when i indicate or turn on the hazard lights it does not light up at all. It also does not light up when I lock the car. It was an advisory on the MOT earlier this year, but i had assumed the dealer fixed it before selling. This does not show as a fault on the dash or anything. I plugged in an OBDII reader and i get the following fault "B11F613 - Mirror fold in motor open circuit" I assume these are linked. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it? I will be calling the dealer to get it sorted but would like an idea of what needs fixed so i can make sure they do it.

The fault showing on an earlier MoT shows that it was in existence before you purchased the car, so it should be easy to prove that it is the dealers responsibility to fix it.
