Why is my country flag showing as incorrect?

We have a system that shows a flag from the country you are posting from. Well, it works most of the time, but if you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), your work computer or sometimes an Apple device, you will appear to our software to be in a different country as it uses a different IP (Internet Protocol) address.

What can you do if this is happening and it bothers you?

• Sometimes logging out and in again can fix it
• Don't use a VPN for a different country
• You can turn off your flag in your profile preferences
