They do, its in a caddy! ive fitted the turbo which required a different flange welded to my original cat, i just wanted to know if my standard injectors will be upto the job?
manifold may be different if I beleive as yours in a 3 cylinder and ours in a 4 cylinder so you may be able to if you can adapt the turbo to your existing manifold
ECU16 on a VW Caddy which is 105PS (around 104bhp!) is the vehicle in question I assume.
In which case, a remap will see 155bhp and 260lb.ft. With a 150 turbo on and nothing else upgraded youd see the same as the injector cycle would be pretty much maxed out after those figures.
on the smaller engines such as the pd100 and the tdi 90/110, the injectors are one of the restrictive parts as TSpark says, thats why ive got t4 nozzles 502 waiting to go, should see 155-160 on standard turbo
Yup, a little more can be got from the newer ECU's and a mate of mine just had his caddy mapped yesturday to the above figures, well 154.8bhp and 263lb.ft give or take.
yeah its a caddy, 1.9 tdi 2005 chassis, BJB engine number, can i upgrade the nozzles on P.D. injectors or is it easier trying to get some 150 injectors?

Just out of curiosity are the 130/150 injectors held in by a retaining block that you have to set up with a vernier gauge and D.T.I. gauge or ones that have a bolt either side??? cheers
