Whirring noise after turning off

After driving my cupra, and turning the engine off, there is a whirring noise coming from right at the front of the car, slighlty left of centre in the rad area? Is this normal? The only thing that i could think it might me was an auxillery fan/pump to keep fluid flowing through the turbo? - its definalty not the rad fan.

Also after sourcing a G60 flywheel, as my dual mass unit is on its way out, can anyone tell me the changes in driving charactoristics from one to the other?

the noise is simply the aux coolant pump

nick a jabba told me that its like a turbo timer,

it cools the turbo,........thats what jabba said

yeah like Carl said its just a water pump, you should be more worried if you dont hear it!
