Which bits fit a Mrk2

What bits from the VAG range can be fitted to a mrk 2 Ibiza Gti in terms of brakes and other bits.

i fancy bolting on some brembos from a Cupra R if they would fit!

They would, though you would need new hubs, bearings, calipers, carriers, hoses, discs and pads.....

from mk3 cupra, 4 stud corrado etc for hubs

If it's either a 2.0 8v or 16v you don't need new hubs

You just need the callipers and carriers

a 2.0 16v already has 280mm brakes.

a 2.0 8v only has 256mm brakes, but can easily be upgraded to 280mm.

Brembo's will fit, you just need to find some wheels that will clear them !!!

AP Racing also do big brakes that fit, along with Wilwood, Tarox..... the list goes on!!

Basically, anything that will fit a Mk3 Ibiza will fit a Mk2 (same hubs)
