yeah it rips the screw completely out... i ended up putting wider screws in because it damaged the thread made by the originals.

Being standard height you should be fine. mines around 2inches off the floor at the front and i dont clip speed bumps... only some curbs.

and the splitter's are a joke mate... i want a new one was mines a bit battered but im not paying that for one!

£46 for 2 or each? When did you buy them? If they are that cheap I will just buy from a dealer again and not pay for postage.

Also do you know a part number for them?

Also I just rung up Direct Line with a general enquiry and they said that a rubber/plastic front lip of about 3cm on the bottom of a car to protect it doesnt count as a modification, incase anybody else was worried (probably stupidly) like I was! lol

And that guide is awesome, thank you Pyro

Cheers

Sorry can't help with the part No, got two for £46 plus VAT(£23 each) from the dealers last August.

Thats a great deal! Wish I could find one for under £30!

Time to keep on searching I think

Cheers

the price increase had not really taken effect by then.

I got mine in Oct/Nov time and it was still around the £20 mark.

You will struggle to get one at that price now :(
