Where to find 2 matching red mirror covers without spray-painting them?

I currently have horrible blackish/grey ones and want to get 2 red, one for each side similar to this ebay listing.

The gent on eBay only has the one, so I can only find as a solution, getting primed ones ready for painting but I'd rather pay a tad bit more and save the hassle, any ideas?

Aside from 2nd hand or 3rd party mirrors. OEM will be primed. All I do is take them to my local body shop and give them the paint code.
